The Yamaha R9 already looks sharp from the factory, with its MotoGP-inspired winglets and R-series front end. But a few well-chosen parts can take it from showroom to grid. These are the four upgrades we designed specifically for the R9.
1. Belly pan
The single biggest visual change. A belly pan closes off the lower part of the bike for a cleaner, more integrated race look and reduces turbulence underneath. Ours fits the original fairing with no modifications and has drain holes for road use. Check the exhaust compatibility guide before ordering.
2. Side cover wings
The side cover wings give the R9 the look it's missing from the factory: the sculpted side wings that defined the Yamaha R line on the R1, R6 and R7, and that were lost on the stock R9. They bring that classic R-series identity back to the bike. They're made from fiberglass and install in minutes with 3M adhesive tape: no drilling, no modifications.
3. Front wheel deflector
The front wheel deflector manages airflow around the front wheel and gives the front end a more aggressive look. It's built from carbon-reinforced composite with titanium bolts and a stainless steel bracket, in real carbon fiber or gloss black.
4. Brake light cover
A small part with a big effect on the rear end. The brake light cover is 3D printed and hand-painted, comes in several designs, adds protection for the tail light and also fits the R7 and R1.
