Return & Refund Policy

1. Returns

We accept returns within 30 of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition as received.

  • Be in its original packaging.

  • Include all accessories, manuals, and components (if applicable).

  • Include proof of purchase or order number.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Gift cards.

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have approved or rejected your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed using the original payment method.

  • Refunds may take 15 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

4. Exchanges

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 10 days and provide photos or videos of the issue. We will review your case and offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
